When the land use right expires, will the buildings on it be automatically removed?

After the land use right expires, there are two scenarios in which buildings on the land will be automatically returned:

1. When the landowner reclaims the land ownership (destroying the land use right), the buildings on it will be returned to the original building owner.

2. When a new use-right period is set, the buildings on the land will also be automatically removed and returned to the original owner.

If I rent out my land use-right to someone else, can they also post 2D layer advertisements?

Yes, the person holding the use right can post advertisements that will override the original landowner's advertisements. The landowner's advertisement will only be displayed on the 2D map layer if the person holding the use right voluntarily removes it or if the contract expires.

How do I lease land?

The land rights holder needs to set a lease date before they can transfer (lease) the use right to someone else for use. Without setting a lease date, it is not possible to transfer the use right to someone else.
