# Setting Price for Land Minting
Set the initial selling price for the land in your metaverse world. When each land is successfully minted, the AlliMeta platform will deduct 0.1 ETH/land as platform maintenance fee.
1. On the backend management page, click on and then click on to set the land price.
2. Enter the price and click to complete the update of the land minting price setting.

The land minting price for each piece of land is 1 ETH. When a user successfully mints a piece of land, the profit of 0.9 ETH will be transferred to the wallet of the beneficiary designated by the project party through a smart contract. The remaining profit of 0.1 ETH from the land will be transferred to the AlliMeta platform through a smart contract as a platform maintenance fee.

3. Enter the beneficiary wallet address and click on to complete the update of the land sale beneficiary wallet setting.

To obtain the profit from land minting, you can click on to browse the accumulated profit and then click on .
