# 交易與稅金

AlliMeta 連結以太坊（Ethereum）的 NFT 與 DeFi。NFT 讓用戶在元宇宙裡得以享有、保障財產的所有權；DeFi 則讓用戶在元宇宙裡可以自由、自主地完成各種形式的交易。這使得所有參與者的利益保持一致，從而使每位用戶不僅可以讓個人資產流通，而且還有機會從他們對元宇宙生態系統的貢獻中獲利。

同時，為了實現開放、有效、穩定和永續的元宇宙體系，我們基於區塊鏈使用者付費的原則， 為元宇宙設計了基於區塊鏈的代幣收費與稅務系統：

### **收費原則**：

1. 使用者付費。
2. 有貢獻就會有收入。
3. 幫助建構元宇宙者會獲得獎勵。

### 收費角色：

1. AlliMeta。
2. 元宇宙項目方。
3. 資產創造者 (3D 模型、Avatar、藝術品...)。
4. 服務提供者。
5. 用戶。

### 收費時機：

1. NFT 相關 - 例如：生成 NFT、交易 NFT 等等。
2. DeFi 相關 - 例如：存款、借貸、換匯等等。
3. 官方服務 - 例如：白名單、土地出租、廣告 (2D, 3D) 、啟動合約相關等等。
4. 第三方服務 - 例如：廣告行銷、藝博會、遊戲、演唱會、空投、遊行等等。
5. 用戶與用戶間的直接交易 - 例如：交易 NFT、換幣、給幣等等。
